As a full-time Team Member, you and your dependents are eligible to enroll in our comprehensive benefits program. Eligible dependents include:

  • Legal spouse
  • Dependent children up to age 26 (including natural children, stepchildren, legally adopted children, children proposed for adoption, foster children, and children for whom you have been appointed a legal guardian)
    • Eligible until the end of the month following their 26th birthday
    • Adult disabled children are also eligible if disabled before age 19
  • Domestic Partners and their dependent children (certification required)

Compile dependent and beneficiary details before you begin enrollment, including Social Security numbers, birth dates, and any required documents like birth or marriage certificates. Dependent verification is required for all newly added dependents.

Enroll in Your First 30 Days!

You’ll have 30 days to make your benefits decisions and enroll in Workday, and your coverage will begin the first of the month following your first 30 days at Niagara. For example, if your hire date is March 21st, then you must enroll in benefits on or before April 20th for your coverage to begin May 1st.
