Who’s Eligible?
If you were hired as a Part-Time, Seasonal, or Intern Team Member working under 30 hours per week, you’re eligible for the benefits below. (If you convert to regular full-time, you may become eligible for additional plans the first of the month after your status change.)

Medical & Pharmacy
Cigna HSA Medical Plan offers affordable in- and out-of-network coverage and lets you set aside pre-tax dollars in a Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for eligible (IRS-qualified) health care expenses. Preventive care is covered at 100% when you see an in-network provider and the visit is billed as routine/preventive. Teladoc 24/7 Care visits are only $30 and many common generic medications on the Prime Therapeutics Preventive Drug List are available at a $0 copay.
The Cigna HSA covers three Virtual Primary Care visits at no cost for each covered family member. Convenient care, predictable costs. That’s a win-win!

HSA Contributions
Health Savings Account (HSA)
If you enroll in the Cigna HSA Medical plan, you can open an HSA to pay for IRS-qualified medical, dental, vision, and prescription expenses. Niagara helps you save with a $0.50 match for every $1 you contribute (up to $500 individual / $1,000 family), and HSAs offer a triple tax advantage: pre-tax contributions, tax-free growth, and tax-free withdrawals for qualified expenses.
It’s your account—you own it, keep it if you leave, and you can change your contribution anytime. You’ll receive a Fidelity Debit Card to pay for eligible expenses. Unused dollars roll over each year, so you can spend now or save for future care (even in retirement). Funds are available as they’re deposited each payday, including Niagara’s match.

Our Delta Dental PPO Low Plan is designed to help you maintain a healthy smile through regular dental care, including free preventive care and up to $1,000 in orthodontia coverage for children up to age 26.

Fertility
If you’re enrolled in the Cigna HSA medical plan, you have access to fertility and family-building support through Progyny. Progyny provides coverage for fertility preservation (egg/sperm freezing) and up to four Smart Cycles usable for IVF, IUI, embryo transfers, and more.
Plus, our family building benefits include reimbursements of up to $5,000 per pregnancy for doula services.
Mental Well-Being
Lyra provides you and your household members (age 2+) confidential mental health care. Each person receives 12 therapy or coaching (in-person or video option available) sessions at no cost, plus guided self-care.
Medication management and consultations with a specialized physician are also available, but medical plan cost-sharing applies.
This benefit is available to all Team Members and household members, even if you’re not enrolled in benefits.
401(k)
You’re eligible for the 401(k) retirement plan after you’ve worked 1,000 hours. You can enroll and change contributions anytime throughout the year.
Niagara matches $0.33 per $1 you contribute, up to 6% of annual pay. Your contributions are always 100% vested, and Niagara’s match vests after one year of service.
Wellness Rewards
If you’re enrolled in a Niagara medical plan, earn up to $200 in Walmart Rewards (Spouses/Partners not eligible) through the Hydrate Your Health 2.0 program. Free coaching is available year-round for Team Members and Spouses/Domestic partners, covering topics such as fitness, stress, weight, tobacco, and healthy eating.
LegalShield & Identity Theft
Get attorney access and identity protection with three options: Pre-Paid Legal (preventive legal advice, motor vehicle issues, trial defense, IRS audit help), Identity Theft Shield (credit reporting, continuous monitoring, restoration), or a bundle that includes both. You can enroll through Workday anytime throughout the year.
Pet Assure Discount & Rx Plans
Get 25% off in-clinic vet services with Pet Assure (not insurance; most pets eligible), and discounts on pet prescription drugs. You can enroll through Workday anytime throughout the year.
