Convenient Access to Your Medication

Prime Therapeutics makes it easy and convenient to get the prescriptions you need, through a local retail pharmacy, delivered to your door, or with our specialty pharmacy services.

Present your Cigna Member ID card at any in-network pharmacy to get your medications. Your pharmacist will use the Prime Therapeutics information on the back of your Cigna ID Card + your Cigna Member ID to process your prescription drug claim. 

Download the PrimeCentral app to compare drug costs, view prescription history, and find in-network pharmacies. You can also use the app to:

  • Check the pricing of any new prescriptions (during your doctor’s appointments, before you leave!)
  • Discuss opportunities for savings with your doctor (before you leave!)
  • Compare options and drug prices near you and switch pharmacies or medications with a single tap
  • Check your current prescription pricing and coverage details
  • Receive alerts for cost-saving opportunities
  • Enroll into the Mail Order Maintenance Medications Program (for 90-day fills)

Get Started

  • Ask your provider to write two prescriptions:
    • A 30-day supply to fill at your local pharmacy
    • A 90-day supply with refills for home delivery

Get Started

  • Visit PrimeTherapeutics.com/PatientForms and complete the Specialty Patient Enrollment Form.
  • Have your provider send your prescription to Prime Therapeutics Pharmacy (Specialty, Orlando).
  • Prime Therapeutics will contact you to schedule your first delivery.

  • Access to care specialists, pharmacists, and nurses
  • Copay assistance programs
  • Some supplies available FREE

Coverage Limits & Restrictions

Some medications may require:

  • Prior authorization: Approval needed before your plan covers the drug
  • Step therapy: Trying a different medication first before moving to the prescribed drug
